Lost my glasses, drove to the grocery store anyway, lost my list of what to buy, stumbled through the store half blind, got to the cashier and realized I had left my debit card at home, bought essentials with the $20 in my pocket, staggered out of the store and knocked my shins against a parked car, freaked out because my cell phone stopped working, had trouble opening my car, became suddenly convinced that everyone was walking in oddly jerky and disturbing movements, drove the wrong way on a one way street, and finally freaked out and became convinced that I was in a horror movie because Ozzy was the only thing playing on THREE DIFFERENT RADIO STATIONS.
Now I am home and I have demanded comfort for my boyfriend and I am hiding behind my dog. I need to go to sleep and maybe stop, like, mainlining the coffee, maybe? Yes.
+lunch: salsa cooked fish over +brown rice and + spinach + guacamole +more coffee (+splenda) +a handful of cashews +apple sauce +a piece of string cheese (shared with dog) +some rice crackers +half can of veggie soup +small yellow squash (shared with dog) +another piece of string cheese (shared with dog) +1/4 block of tofu+3 heaping tbsp nutritional yeast+spices over +a bowl of spinach with a mushroom thrown in (it’s like eating a salad that’s had nacho dip cheese sauce poured all over it—so, obviously: delicious) +rye crackers with hummus +gatorade +peach tea +slightly steamed still crunchy broccoli (shared with dog) +more applesauce +chocolate cake with peanut butter tofu cream frosting +handful of rice crispy cereal +nighty night tea
Eating dinner at 8 instead of 11, in case this makes me sleep better.
I think this may just result in me eating two dinners, like a morning job interview this morning resulted in second breakfast. Actually, most mornings I work out, so that also leads to second breakfast.
+bowl of oatmeal+chocolate rice protein powder+cocoa+stevia +coffee (+soymilk+stevia+cinnamon) +banana +2-3 tbsp of peanut butter on aforementioned banana +another bowl of oatmeal (protein powder+cocoa+peanut butter+sugar free syrup this time) because I wanted a vehicle to stuff yet more peanut butter into my mouth +3 squares alter eco blackout dark chocolate (OUR LOVE IS PURE, BLACKOUT) +1 tbsp nutritional yeast straight from the can (mmm, cheeto dust)
