That I am Hispanic and I cook a lot and I never have cilantro around, so I should probably be ashamed. Also, that’s probably something I should have thought about before starting to make ceviche.

Eating dinner at 8 instead of 11, in case this makes me sleep better. I think this may just result in me eating two dinners, like a morning job interview this morning resulted in second breakfast. Actually, most mornings I work out, so that also leads to second breakfast.
